Info on Nunawading Little Athletics 

Nunawading Little Athletics operates an Athletics program from October to March, and a Cross Country Running program over Winter

 Registration Details

Registrations are now open for existing and new members. Prospective Members are able to "Come and Try" for two sessions before committing to Nunawading Little Athletics.  

2025 Cross Country Season Starting Sunday 4th of May 

The Winter Cross-Country program takes place between the 4th of May and  the 10th of August where athletes participate in Cross-Country running on a weekly basis (see calendar below). Training will commence on Thursday 24th of April, between 4:30-5:15pm and will be held at Billabong Park, Vermont South (map below- meet at the northern end of the park) . Competitors in the recent Summer Track and Field Season, do not need to register for the winter cross country season. New members should see the registration page to register for the cross country season.

**In the event that training needs to be cancelled due to the weather, a notification will be sent out via TeamApp. Please ensure you are signed up! 

 

 

 

Race times and distances are as follows:
9:30am 3000m U13-U17
9:45am 2000m U11-U12
10:00am 500m U6
10:15am 1500m U9-U10
10:30am 1000m U7-U8


Please allow enough time to find a spot to park and have your athletes ready to marshal 15 minutes prior to their scheduled race start time.

Nunawading is hosting Eastern 7s on Sunday 18th May at Bill Sewart Athletics Track (East Burwood Reserve) from 9:00am
