Cross Country Season Starting 30th of April
The Winter Cross-Country program takes place between the 30th April and the 6th of August where athletes participate in Cross-Country running on a weekly basis. Training will commence Wednesday 26th of April between 5:30 and 6:30 at Bill Sewart Athletics Track. The season program and further information see here. Competitors in the recent Summer Track and Field Season, do not need to register for the winter cross country season. New members should see the registration page to register for the cross country season.

Race times and distances are as follows:
9:30am 3000m U13-U17
9:45am 2000m U11-U12
10:00am 500m U6
10:15am 1500m U9-U10
10:30am 1000m U7-U8
Please allow enough time to find a spot to park and have your athletes ready to marshal 15 minutes prior to their scheduled race start time.
